Our dedicated block of hotels includes 20 properties all less than 1 mile from the Baird Center. Our flagship hotels are the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee and the Hilton Milwaukee. Both hotels are playing host, and both are connected to the Baird Center via skywalk. The block opens on Thursday, August 20th at noon central. The link for accessing all hotels will be distributed to teachers on the opening date. The links will also be posted to our Facebook and Instagram accounts. All reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of reservations. Please note the following about all of the hotel locations:

    • Both the Hyatt Regency AND the Hilton are host hotels. Both are connected to the Baird via a skywalk.
    • The Hyatt Regency is where the Kid’s Party will take place.
    • The Hyatt Regency will have the room for the official hair & makeup vendors.
    • The Brewhouse Inn & Suites as well as Hyatt Place are the two closest locations to the Teen Party (located at Amped)

Please note the following about the booking process:
  • This link will bring families to the Meeting Max platform that houses all 20 hotels in the block.
  • The link is currently deactivated. It will become active at noon (central time zone) on Thursday, August 21st. If your families try to book now, it will say that “no hotels are available based on your criteria search.” This is simply because the housing platform will only become active at noon CDT on August 21..
  • The meeting max platform will assess a fee of $4/night per room. While extra fees are pesky, the Oireachtas committee felt it was important to consolidate all the bookings through one platform so that we can better assist our families during the stress of the hotel booking process.
  • All reservations require a one-night deposit at the time of reservations. Hotels may charge an early departure fee of $50 for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date.
  • Any questions may be directed to the Visit Milwaukee Housing Bureau at housing@milwaukee.org. Please do not contact hotels with questions.
